Although beautiful, the birth process can be very overwhelming. It's not always easy to tell what is necessary to achieve your most desired outcome. Plans change and the future is impossible to predict. That's why I will stand in the gap for you, gently reminding you of your desires, your place and your power so you don't get swept away.

I'm not a medical professional and I won't make decisions for you. I will not come between you and your care provider, but will communicate with you and/or your partner honestly and compassionately, give evidence based information and make you aware of options that may exist.
Ultimately, this is your birth and you're in the driver's seat.
